When You Should Update Your Information

• Your government-issued ID has expired or changed
• Your legal name or address has changed
• You entered the wrong tax information during onboarding
• Your payout method was rejected due to a mismatch

How to Update Your ID for Stripe Payouts

• Log in to your CoHostMarket Dashboard
• Navigate to My Account > Payout Preference
• Click “Verify your account with Stripe” to access Stripe Express
• In Stripe Express, go to the Verification section
• Upload your new government-issued ID and/or proof of address

Stripe will typically review updated documents within 24–48 hours. You’ll be notified once your verification is complete.

How to Update Your ID on CoHostMarket

• Log in to your CoHostMarket Dashboard
• Go to My Account > Profile Setup > Verification and Trust
• Upload your updated government-issued ID (e.g., passport or national ID)
• Optionally upload a new proof of address if your address has changed

Once submitted, our team will review your new documents. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your ID is approved.

How to Update Your Tax Information

To correct or resubmit your tax details (W-9, W-8BEN, etc.):

• Log in to your CoHostMarket Dashboard
• Navigating to My Account > Payout Preference
• Click Verify your account with Stripe to access Stripe Express and update your tax information.

Make sure your name, address, and tax ID are accurate and match your account information to avoid payout delays.
