Eligibility for refunds: refunds are generally available only for issues such as service not delivered, a significant discrepancy between the service description and delivery, or technical issues on our platform that prevent service completion.

Request window: refund requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction date.

Not a quality guarantee: CoHostMarket does not mediate subjective disagreements about work quality. If you're unhappy with the standard of a delivered service, we encourage you to request a revision directly with the provider first — refunds are reserved for non-delivery, mismatched descriptions, or platform-side issues.

  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings — access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We don't provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle once it has started.

Renewal & Billing Errors
  • If you're charged after cancelling, or charged twice by mistake, that amount is refunded in full once verified.
  • Report billing errors within 30 days of the charge for the fastest resolution.

  • Refundable if your membership hasn't been activated, used, or no service has been published, within 14 days of purchase.

  • Refundable if the service isn't delivered as described or there's a significant discrepancy between description and delivery.

  • Purchased interview credits and job connects are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Once purchased, they remain in your account until used — no expiry pressure.

$5 Interview Booking Fee
  • The fee is only deducted from the buyer's account if the service provider approves the request within 48 hours.
  • If the provider doesn't respond within 48 hours, no payment is taken at all.

  • If you can't reach an agreement, escalate to our support team and we'll review the case impartially.
