Baseline rules that apply across all CoHostMarket transactions
Eligibility for refunds: refunds are generally available only for issues such as service not delivered, a significant discrepancy between the service description and delivery, or technical issues on our platform that prevent service completion.
Request window: refund requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction date.
Not a quality guarantee: CoHostMarket does not mediate subjective disagreements about work quality. If you're unhappy with the standard of a delivered service, we encourage you to request a revision directly with the provider first — refunds are reserved for non-delivery, mismatched descriptions, or platform-side issues.
Subscriptions & Recurring Plans
How cancellations and billing cycles work for ongoing plans
- ✓You can cancel anytime from your account settings — access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- ✕We don't provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle once it has started.
- ✓If you're charged after cancelling, or charged twice by mistake, that amount is refunded in full once verified.

Interview Credits & Booking Fee
How interview-related charges and credits work
- ✕Purchased interview credits and job connects are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- ✓Once purchased, they remain in your account until used — no expiry pressure.
- ✓The fee is only deducted from the buyer's account if the service provider approves the request within 48 hours.
- ✓If the provider doesn't respond within 48 hours, no payment is taken at all.
Partial Refunds & Resolution Process
When a full refund isn't the right outcome, here's how we handle it
- ✓If only part of a service was delivered or completed, a partial refund reflecting the undelivered portion may be issued.
- ✓Partial refunds are agreed between you and the provider where possible, with our support team stepping in if needed.
- ✓We always recommend contacting the provider directly first — most issues are resolved faster this way.
- ✓If you can't reach an agreement, escalate to our support team and we'll review the case impartially.
How Refunds Are Paid
