At CoHostMarket, our mission is to create a reliable and efficient marketplace for short-term rental service providers. We know that clear and straightforward information is key to your success. Here’s a breakdown of the fee structure for local service providers.

Fee Structure

For service providers offering management packages under the One-Time Payment option, CoHostMarket charges a commission fee based on your membership level:

Standard Membership: 20% commission fee.

Premium Membership:  15% commission fee.

PRO Membership: 10% commission fee.

Payments for these services are held in escrow and released to the service provider once the homeowner marks the service as completed. This ensures security and satisfaction for both parties.

 


 

Commission % per Booking Packages

For those who prefer a performance-based model, the Commission % per Booking option is ideal. This option allows for flexibility and tailored agreements between service providers and homeowners.

Here’s how it works:

No platform commission fee: You negotiate the commission percentage directly with the homeowner.

Direct communication: Upon package approval, contact information is shared to facilitate smooth communication.

Platform independence: CoHostMarket is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise from these direct arrangements.

 


 

Add-Ons for Local Service Providers

Enhance your profile and reach more homeowners with these exclusive Add-Ons:

  • Additional Location Add-Ons: Expand your service area by adding extra locations beyond your membership plan limits.
  • VIP Virtual Assistant: Boost your profile visibility with a VIP badge, making your profile stand out in search results.
  • Google Map Profile Add-Ons: Available for Standard members, this feature displays your service coverage area on a Google Map.
  • Interview Credits Add-Ons: Purchase additional interview credits to increase your chances of connecting with homeowners.
  • Job Connects Add-Ons: Get more job connects to apply for job offers posted by homeowners.
  • Homepage & Blog Feature Profile Add-Ons: Gain premium visibility by featuring your profile on our homepage and blog sections.

 


 

Interview Fees

When a homeowner books an interview with a service provider, a fee of $5 is charged. This fee is only deducted if the service provider approves the interview within 48 hours. If the service provider does not respond within this period, no payment is taken from the homeowner. This ensures a fair process for both parties.

Automatic Renewals

All yearly subscriptions on CoHostMarket are set to auto-renew by default. If you prefer not to renew your membership automatically, you can cancel the renewal. Simply log in to your account, navigate to Dashboard > Account Settings > Membership, and click "Cancel Renewal" before the anniversary date. This allows you to manage your subscription preferences easily..
