I need someone to manage two units in my house. I will live in the 3rd unit, but I don't have the time.

 

The 1 bedroom basement unit will be ready at the end of March and the 3 bedroom main floor unit will be ready in April. We are renovating this unit and could use advice on what is needed to get this unit ready for renting.
