I am a recent homeowner, looking to airbnb entire house except the master bedroom and master bath. The home is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath, with one bedroom and bath downstairs. I will have my personal items in the master bedroom, but will be absent during the times a guest(s) occupies the house. 

The home is a brand new build in Natomas, with lakes around the community. I prefer to rent out the entire house. The HOA requires 30+ days.
