As I now live out of state in Austin, TX, I'm looking for an experienced Airbnb Co-Host or Property Manager to provide full-service management with minimal owner involvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Airbnb listing, pricing strategy, and booking calendar
• Handle 24/7 guest communication and check-in/check-out coordination
• Coordinate cleaning, turnovers, and supply management
• Arrange repairs and routine maintenance with trusted local vendors
• Manage occasional mid-term furnished rentals (3–12 months), including marketing, tenant screening, showings, and lease coordination when more profitable than short-term stays

Ideal Candidate

• Based in Tampa or the surrounding area (or has a reliable local team)
• Experienced with both short-term and mid-term rental management
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable working with an out-of-state owner
