We own a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental home in Bryson City, NC with strong reviews on Airbnb and VRBO. We're seeking a local, experienced co-host to assist part-time with day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling guest communication and support
  • Responding to unscheduled guest requests or minor maintenance issues
  • Scheduling and coordinating turnover cleanings

We will continue managing:

  • Scheduled maintenance (lawn care, pest control, HVAC, etc.)
  • Supply restocking
  • Dynamic pricing and platform management

You’ll be added as a co-host on the listing and given access to smart locks for full coordination. This is an 8% commission-based role per booking.
