About the Role:
I am the owner of a condo in a boutique building on the intracoastal (beach side) in Pompano Beach. Since I live abroad, I am seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly communicative property manager / co-host to maximize rental income and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all guest communications promptly and professionally, with extra attention to keeping me updated regularly
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and restocking between stays
• Handle check-ins and check-outs or coordinate key exchanges
• Optimize pricing and booking calendar (using tools if applicable)
• Be savvy in managing multiple booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, direct bookings, etc.) to optimize earnings
• Respond quickly to guest issues and emergencies
• Maintain property condition and report any issues immediately
• Provide friendly, local recommendations to guests
• Be open to collaborating with me on ideas and strategies to improve the property and guest experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Airbnb or short-term rental properties (please share examples)
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness (critical given owner lives abroad)
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Familiarity with Airbnb platform, dynamic pricing tools a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Available for some off-hours guest support
