Hello I own a home on the Park Strip in Downtown Anchorage that I would like to use as a Airbnb as I live in Sedona Arizona, although I work in Anchorage. Sometimes I'm in Anchorage, but not very often in the summertime. Its an older park strip home, never really been upgraded, but its proximity should draw tourist traffic. Because I live in Arizona, someone else will need to manage the property.
