Looking for a local cleaner to help with turnover cleans for furnished units. 

Co-Host Responsibilities

- Sales & Inquiries

- Responsible for all guest inquiries. This includes all inquiries from our channeling management software and email, website, and phone/text inquiries.

- Update and review current listings to help optimize and increase traffic and bookings

- Onboarding new guests for both STR and MTR guests

- Ensure all booked guests have been set up, and all scheduled messages go out correctly.

- Set up rental agreements 

- Ensure all bookings are updated and accurate on the calendar

- Provide exceptional guest experience during their stay

- Be the main point of contact for all guests and 3rd party booking platforms

- Respond to all guest communication

- Check-in with guests during their stay

- Handle any necessary repairs, maintenance, or emergencies related to the Property during guest stays.

- Handle and problem-solve all guest disputes and resolutions, including 3rd party booking platforms.

- Ongoing internal operations with the field team

- Be the main point of contact for the entire field team, not limited to cleaners, handymen, errand runners, and property owners.

- Ensure all property guest turnovers have been scheduled and assigned to the current field team member(s)

- Source and manage handyman, cleaners, and errand-running field team members

- Onsite visits to the property to oversee and follow up with guest’s maintenance requests.

- Follow up with contractors and owners on work performed.
