Hello - We are an experienced Airbnb superhost needing the operations aspect managed for our home in the suburbs of Seattle. 

The focus of the work is smooth management of cleaning and handyman operations in Seattle together with rapid guest turnovers in the high-demand sunny summer months of rainy Seattle. The 1800 sq ft home has been divided into 2 private units:  a guest suite of ~250 sq ft and a primary unit of ~1200 sq ft with 2 bedrooms. 

Our goal is to remove stress and drama and take the operations aspect off our hands while handling marketing and pricing based on our experience.
