This is a part-time, commission-based opportunity (10% per booking) ideal for someone who’s both operations-savvy and skilled in vacation rental marketing.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing guest communication, bookings, and check-ins
  • Preparing the property between stays and ensuring a 5-star experience

I’m looking for a short-term rental host to manage my Studio City ADU for the next couple of months (or longer if it works out). I used to manage it myself, but had to stop due to time constraints.
