Hiya! I rent an entire house in the Outer Sunset. I've obtained a short-term rental permit, paying my SF city host fees and everything, to convert the 3-bedroom apartment upstairs (the second floor of my house) into three private rooms on Airbnb.

I'm doing great at this so far. A  housekeeper comes once a week to clean common areas. Room cleaning and bedding is an organized system that I handle myself. I need an assistant who can turn over a room (cleaning & changing bedding) when I'm out of town.

I do all the laundry ahead of time and leave you a ready-to-go kit for the room-- a plastic bin with all the bedding, towels, and a sack to take the old bedding out in, and my canvas bag with the whole cleaning kit in it.

I expect one turnaround to take you an hour.
