Two-storey standalone house in Terrigal. Walking distance to Terrigal town and Terrigal and North Avoca beaches. 

Is currently split into a duplex with self-contained units on each floor however it would probably be better to rent it out as one large house to attract larger groups and families. 

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a living, and dining area with a large back deck, and grassed back yard. 

First floor has three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room with small front deck and very large back deck with views over bush land to Avoca lake and beach. 

House will come fully furnished with a/c, appliances, double beds in each room and 3 smart tvs. 

We are looking to rent out on Air BnB and other short-term rental platforms from December 1st to January 15th this year and then for another month in June/July next year. We are after a property manager who is dependable and reliable and can look after our property as if it was their own. Will need to organise all house cleaning, linen change, house preparation, and guest screening.

All cleaning costs will be charged back to guests. Offering 15% of all revenue to the right property manager. The area is very rentable, last year over December and January the Air BnB was running at an 80-90% occupancy rate.
