We live in Virginia, near D.C, and own an STR in Point Place, Toledo, OH.  We are in Toledo, w/pets, multiple times a year, to help a fellow veteran in a nursing home. So, we bought a place and have a cohost, but our hosting styles are VERY different and he absolutely wants ze ro to do with listing anywhere else.
