We live in Virginia, near D.C, and own an STR in Point Place, Toledo, OH. 

We are in Toledo, w/pets, multiple times a year, to help a fellow veteran in a nursing home. So, we bought a place and have a cohost, but our hosting styles are VERY different and he absolutely wants zero to do with listing anywhere else.

So, I am trying to find another cohost in the area that may have a hosting style that will help keep the new, but good, relationships we have built with our neighbors, and that maybe can help otherwise...I am learning the platforms and everything else at the same time. Our listing went active on Airbnb on 14 July 2022. Our cohost is only familiar with Airbnb and not at all familiar with any additional tools.We have realized that hosting style is different. I like being involved and have made sure to send a personal note to the first four guests. I would like to partner with someone local w/experience across multiple platforms, or willing to work in that direction.
