Hello. We are looking for a cohost for our short-term rental property in Port St. Lucie,  Florida. We will need someone locally to take over all communications with the guest, assist with Check-in and check out and schedule the cleaners and maintenance companies. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath pool home that sleeps 12. Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom) has a king-size bed, guest 1 has 2 twins over full bunks, guest 2 has a queen and guest 3 (office) has a twin daybed with trundle. Our property offers a screened-in pool and fenced backyard as well.
