We are located in Kirkland and are looking for an Airbnb co-host to help with occasional guest communication. We would love to find someone local to Kirkland in case there is a need to come on-site. We have 2 listings at the same property and our guests usually stay 30-90 days at a time. Longer stays mean less friction, fewer questions except in the first couple of days, and fewer check-ins/check-outs overall. The responsibilities will include: Answer booking inquiries; Communicating with current guests, answer questions; Report and maintenance requests to the maintenance company; Check-in with the owner before booking a maintenance service; Be available to come on-site in case of assistance needed (assistance with check-in/check-out, assistance to the cleaning team with supplies help with using a fireplace/other appliance, etc); Keep track of damage/repairs needed after each guest. We are _not_ looking for a cleaning service, since we already have a cleaning sheet up with a different service provider.
