Our commission has two components:

Management fee:  15% -- guest vetting, managing repairs & cleanings, advertising, yield optimization, accounting, sorting out guest issues, etc.

Amenities fee:  10%  -- this covers Airbnb's 3% fee, plus photography, cleanings, breakfast and snacks, bedding, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, basic cable, etc.
