I’m Jason, founder of Yerppi Co-Hosting, providing Airbnb co-hosting and STR property management from Clearwater across Pinellas and Hillsborough. My background is in automation engineering, with eight years building AI systems for enterprise clients and more than 1,000 AI agents deployed in production.
