Thanks so much for stopping to check out my profile. My name is Kristina, and I am from Volusia County, FL. I have worked in the STR industry since 1997, becoming a business owner in 2016. I initially focused on cleaning STR properties until subcontracting through large corporately owned management companies. I quickly realized my calling was to offer property owners complete peace of mind. Not long after, I expanded my services and now own a business that provides all-in-one management with a twist. Keeping my clientele small, I handle all aspects, from the initial setup, decor, listing, guest services, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, shopping, restocking, and so much more!  I take great pride in my work and treat every property as my own.
