What am I looking for?

I am looking for a Co-Host, someone who is able to handle day-to day operations, housekeepers, guests, optimizing the units perfomance, maintaining the units pleasing aesthetic, etc. I want someone who understands hospitality, has emotional intelligence, self sufficient and doesn't need me to micro-manage. In summary, someone who can simply deliver an overall 'excellent' experience.
