We're gathering info to make sure that if we do jump in to owning a nightly rental property, that we'll be set with help from the beginning. We would basically love to be as hands-off as possible. I might want to go mow the lawn or plant a garden, etc... But, we're hoping that the online presence, handling guest issues, housekeeping/stocking, and really anything else could be managed by someone with experience.
