Chiesa's Hosting Style

My name is Chiesa, Chi for short. I am fairly new to hosting my own STR, but not new to  property management. I have years of experience in residential and commercial properties. I have successfully managed 53 medical spaces, renovated over 25 commercial units across the United States and managed 270 apartment units in Maryland. These opportunities have given me expert knowledge in facilities management, leasing, administrative duties, comfortable with handling tenant issues, STR channel manager experience and the list goes on! I also have access to TWO reliable and affordable handymen in SoCal and a thorough cleaner who leaves the property SPOTLESS during every turnover.
