I have over two years of experience managing long-term stays and have worked for Airbnb for almost two years. I am knowledgeable in Airbnb's policies and guidelines. I assist hosts with their listings being advertised on the platform, such as if they need help with their calendar, booking settings, and the issues they encounter with reservations. I also help guests answer queries with cancellation policies, assist them if something unexpected happens during the reservation, alter the reservation they booked, etc. I look forward to finding a client/employer who can put their trust in me.
