I have two rooms that my wife previously listed as a super host on Airb&B, booking.com, and Verbo.  she stopped renting after being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.  Now that she is gone, I am needing to set up two bedrooms for a short-term rental. I am looking for a local Cohost to h elp with the setup phase, registering and listing my rooms on various platforms, and making sure I have an appropriate inventory of supplies # bedding sets, towels, linens, etc. Bedroom #1 Queen bed, bedside tables, chair, mini fridge, coffeemaker, desk, tv, internet with attached bathroom / shower and separate private entrance Bedroom #2 Queen bed, recliner, bedside table, coffeemaker, minifridge, shared hallway bath, and separate, private entrance.  Need to finish decorating etc. Once properly equipped, stocked, and configured I will be looking for a co-host to manage listings, bookings, and cleaning.  I am available on site as this is my primary residence but work a full-time corporate job with occasional travel. please contact me to discuss your background and experience and any questions you have about my configuration.
